These terms govern your use of apopo.ai and any growth marketing services we agree to provide. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

apopo is the trading name of Apopo AI Limited, an AI-native growth marketing agency registered in Scotland (company number SC890724), with its registered office at 19 Dundas Road, North Berwick, Scotland. You can reach us at grow@apopo.ai.

apopo.ai is a marketing website. There is no account to create and no payment is taken through the site. The calls to action invite you to get in touch using our contact form or by email; enquiries are read personally and we respond to arrange next steps.

Our services and how we engage

We provide full-funnel growth marketing — paid search, paid social, search engine optimisation (SEO), answer/generative engine optimisation (AEO/GEO), performance creative, conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and the automation that sits underneath them.

• No online purchase:the tiers shown on the site (Lite, Embed and Custom) are indicative starting points to help you find the right fit — not an offer capable of acceptance online. Any “From” price is a monthly minimum, exclusive of VAT.
• Engagements start with a written scope: we only begin work once we have agreed the scope, deliverables, term and fees with you in a written proposal or statement of work. That document, together with these terms, governs our work for you.
• What you provide: to do good work we rely on you giving us timely access, accurate information and the approvals we need. Delays or inaccurate inputs can affect timelines and outcomes.

Fees and payment

Fees, billing frequency and any term or notice period are set out in your proposal or statement of work and invoiced accordingly — typically monthly in advance for ongoing retainers. Prices are exclusive of VAT, which is added where applicable. No card or payment details are collected through this website.

Term, cancellation and changes to scope

Ongoing engagements continue until cancelled in line with the notice period in your agreement. There are no long-term lock-ins unless we expressly agree one in writing. Changes to scope are agreed in writing before they take effect. Nothing here removes any statutory rights you have that cannot lawfully be excluded.

What we promise — and what we can’t

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Marketing performance depends on third-party platforms we do not control — including Google, Meta and the AI answer engines (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity) — and their behaviour and policies change over time. We therefore cannot guarantee specific rankings, citations, lead volumes or other results. We commit to the method and the work, not to a guaranteed outcome.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it. The site, its content and the apopo brand are owned by apopo. Deliverables we create specifically for you are licensed to you for your own business use as set out in your engagement, once the related fees are paid; you may not resell them as your own. We may describe the work in general terms as a case study unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Liability

We don’t exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed; the version in force is the one published here at the time.
